Its depends. If search only about RM4-10 if I'm not mistaken. But if photocopy, its RM1 per sheet.

Hi Natalie ,

I did the file search in Putrajaya. There are 2 legal cases pending i.e. LHDN & AMBank.

My dad has made some payments to Insolvency Department but the amount has not been transferred to the 2 parties until the full settlement / case been settled.

I then approach AmBank for the 2nd guarantor legal case & the officer will search for the guarantee letter signed for me. He also proposes to settle the case by 50% payment (as there are 2 guarantors) of the total amount of the outstanding loan with the loan interest (Overdue interest is waived), could you advise whether this is the best solution?

P.S.: My friend signed the letter of offer for her new job but decided to take another better offer. Can she just inform the 1st company who offers her the job to cancel the agreement?

Thank you very very much ...

I don't understand why do search at Insolvency Department? Previously my advise is to do search in court and to get info why the matter has been brought up again?

2nd matter: What is the status of this matter?

My friend signed the letter of offer for her new job but decided to take another better offer. Can she just inform the 1st company who offers her the job to cancel the agreement?

Must follow letter of offer. Will base on "probation" clause.

My father's name is on the grant and he has passed on. Can I as the daughter demand for the grant which is held by my father's sister whose name is also in the grant?

Hi,

I need advice on replaceable land title due to misplace. My mother supposed to keep it but she can't remember where did she kept and we tried to search around but no luck.

What are the procedures required to be done now?

Thanks in advance!
