How long can Immigration hold your name in Exit Barred List.

Many Malaysian had been barred from travelling out of Malaysia due to income tax, PtPtN, etc.

However sometime matters cannot be settled or would be long drawn.

Is there a Limitation of Time to which Immigration Dept can hold your names in the Banned Listing ?

Or this can go on until Release/Removal notification comes from the revelant Dept.
