I was divorce with join petition with my ex wife last year. She had a lot of condition ie maintenance RM2000, my EPF 50% for child education and one of my property. I agreed and signed because I am wanted to divorce with her uegently because my current wife was pregnant at that time. But I am not afford to pay her RM2,000 per month as i am only earning RM5000 a month. Can I file an application to vary the join petition? She has appointed a lawyer to attach my salary...

Can anyone advise me wht should I do?

You cannot afford to pay her due to you have another family now. What about your children with your ex wife then? Pls think, they are also your children. You should prepare yourself for this because you choose to walk this path.

But my condition has changed so I am not afford.
I was not afford on the day i signed the JP but to get her to sign on divorce and not choice that why I agreed. I was advised I can change the JP if my condition changed.

You will need a very good excuse to vary the terms of the JP.
Saying that you were forced to sign the JP is a bad excuse.

I was unwilling signed the JP because my current wife was pregnant. Having look at the JP condition is unreasonable but she was unreasonable insist she wont signed the JP if i don agree to her condition. Thus I signed and ask to vary the application. My relative who is a lawyer told me this a way to get divorce. She said based on my current salary what she request is unreasonalbe so the judge might allow me to change.

Judge is not stupid but he is a fair person. He will judge for reasonable maintenance not 40% of my gross income.
