As an insurance agent and upon customer request, I upgraded my customer existing medical policy to a higher plan. In another case, my customer requested to change her existing family medical plan to an Investment Link plan with family medical coverage. My company refused to pay my commission for both cases. Their reason is because their previous policy lapsed. Does this make sense? Is it legal? Where can I complaint to?
