I notice that in Europe or America, not only the spouse can apply for child access, but the aunties or relatives also is able to do so.

But in Malaysia, the judges always say "nenek tidak payah". Why is Malaysia court and judges not train on compassion in the family court?

No wonder Christianity is widely accepted in Borneo especially where love and compassion is core in their believe compare to the other violent and brutality mentality.

Please do not try to spread Christianity in this forum. There is no class, race, color or religion in this forum.

There are 3 types of family court in Malaysia namely
1/ Civil Court
2/ Syariah Court
3/ Sabah and Sawarak Court

Never hear of Borneo Court.

Please quote of a case where the Judgement is "nenek tidak payah" and I will teach you how to sue that particular High Court Divorce Judge.. FOC..
