Hi All,

I registered and stayed together with my wife for 7 months now and hasn't live a peaceful life ever since due to my wife is an over - jealous person and childish all the times.

She like to quarreling with me over small issues and shout, curse, kick, and fight would followed suite which disturbed the whole neighborhood.

I can't stand her anymore but to resort to the last measure, namely divorce.

However,  we haven't gone through the traditional Chinese marriage ceremony which we planned by end of this year.

I heard I can void the marriage registration without going through the court for filing divorce with the fact that we haven't gone through the Chinese Marriage ceremony.

I appreciate your kind advice so that I can have my peaceful and quiet life again.

Thanks.

Go bring your wife to see a marriage counselor and try to make the marriage a  success. Why did u marry her for in the first place? For sex and child bearing?

You should take marriage counselling rather than opting for divorce.

Divorce is impossible within first 2 years.
Marriage cert cannot be voided unless no sex at all.
Got or don't have Traditional Ceremony is not important.

If you want a peaceful life, why did you get married?

Get some friends to stay in your house so she will not make so much noise.
