I wish to know that is there any report or filling need to be done if I wish to have a divorce after 2 years from now? If no, how the court will know that you have already separated for 2 years? Do I need to show any prove? How about the child custody? If kid is living with mother all the while will she able to get the child automatically?

Note : Husband did not pay any single cents for cost of living for wife during separation.

1/ Are you the husband or the wife? Why the need in 2 years time? Why not now?

is there any report or filling need to be done if I wish to have a divorce after 2 years from now?
2/ You need a Divorce Lawyer to file for Divorce in the High Court. 2 years marriage in the minimum no of years.

If kid is living with mother all the while will she able to get the child automatically?
3/ Not auto. Both parents can apply for Full Custody or Joint Custody. How old is the child now?

Note : Husband did not pay any single cents for cost of living for wife during separation.
There is no law which states that either spouse must pay for the other one for living expenses upon separation. However the spouse that have a higher disposable income may have to pay the other spouse when there are claims for Alimony in a Divorce Case. It can the wife or husband which has to pay alimony and the degree of fault in a marriage.
