I applied to divorce wife in 2014. Wife lodged caveat around 2013 on my property (my single name, purchased many years before marriage).

High court has awarded divorce decree absolute in April 2015. Ex-wife unhappy and challenges the decree absolute saying she wants more compensation, awaiting hearing.

Meanwhile, can I apply to remove caveat using the first decree absolute, saying that she ceased to be my wife officially and has no right to maintain caveat?
