CCRIS is not accurate if your the creditor benks do not update BNM on any lawsuits.

Why dun U go to the land office to see if any creditor has placed a caveat on your property.

As far as my limited knowledge on properties is concerned :

A creditor can place a caveat on a property (not to be sold) if the creditor can show "Proof Of Debt", not necessary a court judgement order. You would be surprised that a properly signed IOU (ex-wife or the in-laws) can be used to caveat a property.

If there is no JDebt or land office caveats, just go ahead and sell.. !!

Thanks for advise....Jeff......in fact when the process initially takes place, everything will be known. When l cleared up my housing loan and get my strata title by my appointed lawyer everything went on smoothly without any hindrance.Every now and then l had been chased by Bill collectors of which l don't entertain them at all for all those debts that  falls under the protection of limitations act and l always asked them to sue many years back every l received calls from them.Even every now and then they are calling of which l don't entertain them at all.
