Bank account closed by bank

Hi everyone.. 

I write in on behalf of my friend.. To short a long story, her bank account had been used by friend  at social media.. She appoint as online agent of handphone selling.. But we just found that, the main seller is scammer..

after 2 case settle at court, the bank still ask to close her bank account.. My question, how she can open maybank account bank as her salary paid in maybank?

My second question, can she able to open other bank other if maybank refuse to open account bank for her?

My third question, how she need to answer her employer about her account closed then how her salary paid if the account bank closed?

I hope there is other shine & other solution for her.. We still hope got second chance to her after all happened.. Tq

Try opening with other benks

If the blacklisting is by BNM, chances she will be deny opening of any benking accts by virtue of the fact there has been 2 cases in court (criminal contents).

Nego with the employer for other modes of salary bank-ins like cash.
