I am a foreigner and I overstayed in Malaysia and then on 13 Dec, 2019 I go back using the Government ( Back for Good Program). I interested to enter Malaysia again but I saw a red stamp on my passport BLI /WM. But there is no date or anything. So can I know,

1. Can I enter Malaysia again?
2. If can, How many years after I can enter?
3. How many years the blacklist?
4. After the blacklist date, ( For example 5 years) can I re enter again or I still have to remove my blacklist?

Thank you for your time.

The B4G program is "back for good", means lifelong ban, that's why there is not specific period of BAN for re-entry.

The standard "old" BLI ban period is 5 years, subject to the number of immigration infringements by the overstayer.

Blacklist cannot be "removed" it only expires with time (with the period stated inside the stamp).
