A lady i know is caught by police and detain for 5 days and paid a fine of 5000rm but she is not expell back to her country. So she still cant go back as she dont have passport. How can she seek to go back to her country(thailand)

Just tell your lady friend to tell the real truth about her case.
Either she is scamming for funds (to go home??) or she has actually parachuted into Malaysia or never has a Thai passport at all...
