Does company have the right to revise/reduce your variable or commission payment. In letter of offer I was offered 60/40 (where 40 is the variable) but now due to reducing my portfolio so my target is also revised accordingly but however they are reducing also my variable to 80/20 (where 20 is the new variable.

Can the company do this as this variable was agreed earlier and it is part of my compensation?

Yes, the company have all the rights.
You also have the rights not to accept.
Resign and then claim for any damages you deem fit, from the Labour Court or the I.R.Court.

This is the 6th Q.. you have asked in this forum.
You have been advised several times to read on personal basic rights as well as the rights of others. It appears from your Qs that you may not be reading appropriately or not enuf  to equip yourself to deal with issues in this Malaysian working environment and culture and you are hitting into problems every now and then.

Commissions payable is an incentive NOT as a compensational tool to any wages earned.

Do self-study basic Malaysian Laws...
