Hi Friends...

I have a NOTIS PERMOHONAN hearing in High Court Jalan Duta, on 27th Dec 2021,  to set date to auction off my house.
My house valuation is worth RM800k.
My default sum is RM29,135.64
Legal Fees RM6,284.36
My outstanding loan is RM250k++

During the pandemic the bank blacklisted me for non performing loan, even though I had fixed deposit of RM50k pledge as collateral for the housing loan..
I queried the bank for failing to liquidate my fixed deposit for the default sum and blacklisting my name .
After which the bank proceed to liquidate my fixed deposit as at December 2020 to cover my arrears
and the bank still insist me to pay the legal fees of RM6,2844.36 for their carelessness failing to liquidated my fixed deposit..

The loan become default again and as at December 2021 amounting to RM29,135.64

I'm just gearing up my business after 2 years and have successfully secured a job order for RM60k..
I'm sure i will be able to settle the default sum by 6  months time..

Please can anyone help me to draft a letter to dispute the legal fees claim and hopefully to postponed the High court hearing.

Regards

Zafrul

p.s. Sorry for my unproper English writeup

With such valuable asset, it would be prudent to get a competent lawyer before you get done by the bank's lawyers. Such "letter" is beyond the scope of ordinary non-legal  forumers.

Just write and file a Notis Pemohonan and tell the judge what you want.

There are so many samples in the internet.

High caliber lawyers wont even bother to read this poor men forum.

For your type of case, maybe RM10,000 as starting fees.

WUPIWUG... whatyoupayiswhatyouget. Nothing is free in this world of $$$$$$..

Cheers... Merry X'mas and a Yappy New Year..
