How to complain fake item seller in online platform ?

Hi all sifu,

I noticed a few fake item sellers in online platform.
They sell fake products but claim to be 100% original.

When I receive the item, it was not original at all. The return refund request was granted, but the platform did not take action to my complaint.

The simple proof is that these fake items are not warranted and recognized by genuine vendor when I show to the vendor for warranty. Surprisingly, vendor seems to just ignore it and no action thereafter.

These sellers are keep selling fake items as usual. These sellers seems to be untouchable by making the statement "100% Original " or "100% Imported Original". From the review, there are buyers questioning this statement but seller challenge buyer to prove or simply pass the blame as it is buyer lack of knowledge, not their problem.

I ask advise from all sifu here on how to make a good complaint so that these fake item seller should be raided and penalized.

You can lodge complaints through http://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ or any complaint channel provided by MCMC. They will investigate the complaint and assist you to solve issues that you face.

What is "original"?
I do not see anything wrong with the above statements.
The warranty card (if any) would determine if the product is direct from the approved seller or resellers.
