Just got the statement from Aigon regsrding my SCB credit cards

Total 2 cards Rm 97000 approx but statement stsrt from 2009 even though they mention default since 2003 n 2004 plus i remember it was cancelled long time ago...before 2005 for sure.

They offer full settlement 11k ...or they sue 97k...but that make me confused did i owe them 97 k in their first JD even if they did file before.

I attached the statement below

 please get it right

Oh dear.. my poor manglish again.. perhaps I should go back to school to study again, how could I argue with highly educated people who have 6 Credit Cards?

I did not see the following inside. Let the readers here decide.

if there is valid debt

still within time limitation

It is NOT stated inside your Public Declaration as above.
Do not twist and turn your words as you have done in the 8 Qs you have start here, most of which are contains referencing of advising people to :

1. Be in contact with your BC as in your case.

2. Pay the BC something as what you have done

3. Request for discounts as what you advocating and have done

The above are all acts of BCs scare tactics. Short of making allegations that you can be an actual BC, or have connections with BCs or can even a BC who himself is under the threat of JD, BN & CP lawsuits.

This is why I posted this scam alert out

I know who I am and what I am.
You know who you are and what you are.

Sue me and Settle in court if you feel that I have made a frivolous allegation.

@ Jeff

sorry for giving you the wrong idea -but definitely i am not debt collector, wish i am , then i would have a better idea how to handle my case/ problem.

am here to seek help but given wrong idea to others that i am debt collector. anyway is ok, guess i will just take and read from here without much comment.

and dont worry - you will not be getting sued . not because i am debt collector but because i am too busy worrying on what will happen next instead of worry what others think. If they are willing to help then thank you very much for their advise but if they dont then is ok.

In this forum, there were 2 debt collectors who asked me for help when they received Bankruptcy Notices. Even if one is a BC they would not know how to handle unless they know their basic rights.

One of them managed to delay the proceedings (but still bankrupted later). SHE managed to withdraw her full EPF because of the delay on their lawsuits. Nothing for me to boast in this forum.

i know myself definitely not a BC and just someone who is constantly in fear 24/7 due to what happen in the past. how nice if i can go back to the past and undo whatever done. then i wont be in the **** i am today, full of regrets. and definitely thankful for anyone who can help.

in fact i could meet you in person to prove to you i am not what u think i am and i really need help. and if you meet me you will know the job i am in, definitely not debt collector or anything related to them.

A person who cannot get any proper answers has nothing more to lose.

Even Dr Haris tried to show me his MyKAD.
He is telling me i am real and my issues are real and gave me all copies of what he received from Aigon.
He is more desperate than you.
He is registered with MOH
Do we think Dr Haris is a poorly educated person?

I did managed to give him a working solution right? based on all the docs received by him. All have been documented under his thread step by step on a daily basis. This is the most detailed and best thread in the forum for the past 12 years with proper explanation on how to deal with the vesting order.

In return for his act of transparency, he could be helping 100s if not thousands of others under threats of Vesting Orders. He is already saving lives as a Medical Doctor and currently a Frontliner...

Vince Sum ,

First of all , need to check the validation of the JD . Get the case number and print out the case in makamah if any . Than only you know what is really happened than only you can figure out what to do next .

Now , all are on guessing , who can tell you can the bank still can file BN or not ? Without fact , anything possible my friend .

in fact i could meet you in person to prove to you
i really need help.

If the mountain will not come to Mahomet, Mahomet must go to the mountain ?

In short go climb up the mountain to seek advises from the inhabitants of the mountains.

Personally i did go up to near the peak of a high mountain to seek solace. This is the bamboo hut with no toilets I had lived in for more than 5 months (alone - satu batang) in far up Northern Thailand near Laos near a Buddhist Monastery. There I found peace with my life and from debts issues, wisdom and knowledge.

It is a wind battered bamboo hut with a leaky cauldron..

I can go into Thailand during this lockdown. Thailand allows me because i'm registered with the monastery there seeking traditional herbal treatment. Only Malaysia would not let me out..!!
