Just got the statement from Aigon regsrding my SCB credit cards

Total 2 cards Rm 97000 approx but statement stsrt from 2009 even though they mention default since 2003 n 2004 plus i remember it was cancelled long time ago...before 2005 for sure.

They offer full settlement 11k ...or they sue 97k...but that make me confused did i owe them 97 k in their first JD even if they did file before.

I attached the statement below

Yes- they actually send me the penghakiman ingkar - original, from Zaid Ibrahim and Co as Citibank lawyer

i am trying to upload the penghakiman but somehow this system kept rejecting the upload saying must be under certain size or etc.

if you want i can email that to you.

Be very careful of what you write about Dato' Zaid Ibrahim.

He is a former Legal Affairs Minister.

He would not blink an eye at spending 100s of thousands ringgit just bring people to court. The respondent will spend the same amount for his/her lawyers fees. Can you afford? It is just loose change in his pockets..

JD dated 2004 still can be used to filed BN against me now?
Why not? You have made Public Admission to the debt to your new Creditor. They have 18 years to bankrupt you... They are your NEW CREDITOR, new Judgement filed.

Go settle in Court, you got any other options? I have none for your case.

i didnt write anything about him - except mention that his firm is the lawyer of citibank that handle the case from Citibank.  simple as that

come on what admission- i am saying if there is valid debt which is still within time limitation most people will pay as long as reasonable ...there is no admission of any sort here. please get it right
