Update :

I am still getting weekly emails on how to solve their personal banking accts being closed with no proper reasons given by the banks or BNM.

All my suggestions were already posted as above and people are still asking me for solutions?

And when I ask / request them to post in this thread, it is 95% not done. Not enuf info was given for me to find the best solution to overcome this issue.

For now onwards, if anyone still email me, I have to charge RM50 (for detailed analysis on what had possibly happened to the case) for every Q asked. It does not matter if I can or cannot find a proper solution. Sort of compensation for my time spend as well as internet charges /fees.

Thank you very much for your kind attention.

Case Study free sharing :

Someone (A) did pay me to study thru all his past financial docs /transactions to ascertain on what had happened to his one only bank acct closed (savings - non employed).

Details were shown for the past 24 mths.
I did not see any irregular activities.
Sorry I could not offer any reasons for the closing (aka blacklisting).

A friend (B) who came along started chatting men's talk.

B asked : Hey.. how are you doing with that indon gf (C)?
A answer :  She is MIA for the past 12 months. Totally no news.
B asked : U ill treated her ka?
A answer : No lar.. in fact i help her so many times on things she cannot do because she has overstayed in Malaysia. Quite ungrateful girl?
B asked : You gave her moneys?
A answer : No larr.. never spend my money at all except for nice dinners.
B asked : What is she working as an illegal immigrant?
A answer : She work for a boss who is in illegal gambling and scamming.
B asked : Wow.. then she rich.. lucky guy.. how you helped her then..??
A answer : She bring me to a money changer and changed into rupiahs to send to her hometown. Need my I/C to effect the remittance. All her own moneys.

I remarked : I found the root of your problem.. !!

Your I/C number has been used and abused for collaborating with ill gotten gains / money laundering and possible suspected accomplice. Although there is no transaction in your bank accts, your I/C is the source of BNM blacklisting, hence any banks acct with this I/C number will be closed..

Cerita habis..

The moral of the above case :

1. Never lend your banking acct to others.

2. Never lend your I/C for any purpose including as a Guarantor.

Scams Alert on Face Book

Hai.. Nur

My personal View :

1.  Your benk kad have been used by scammers for deposits / cash out / transfer / of their income from illegal activities.

2.  There is no evidence of you being directly involved but being careless and abuse of usage of your benk kad, and by the giving your benk kad to other unknown people, the banks have decided to blacklist your name in opening any banking accts for the time being.

3.  There are suggestions as has been discussed in this thread as above on how to open a new savings  account, primarily for the purpose of depositing monthly salary income.

4.  If you managed to open a new savings acct, remember not to use it for other purposes other than for monthly salary deposits.

5.  You can open a  eWallet  for the purpose daily usage via electronic means and for minor payments purposes, transferring /auto topping up from the savings acct.
