I would like to ask about my self & all my team have been laid off by the company on 19th November 2020. Our last day as stated in the layoff notice is 26 November 2020. As mentioned in the notice, the layoff reason is because the outlet has to be closed due to MCO and Covid-19 issues & sales from the outlet can't support the business same as before, but our company is still running few outlets which are in the same or worse sales then our outlet.
The management has informed us all to go to the SOCSO to claim our few months salary without any reparation compensation from the company.

I'm not a lawyer. So I would not answer your question. Wait for lawyers to give you advice.
