Since the Malaysia Movement Control Order (MCO) started, fellow Malaysian at Singapore can only do passport renewal online and thereafter need to setup a passport collection date with High Commission via email to singapore@imi.gov.my. Here comes the problem. Many had complained of no reply of mail and unanswered call to the High Commissioner. Desperation set in as some whose work pass expiring soon.

My request is does anyone here has the email and contacts of high ranking immigration officers that maybe able to look into this issue? At time of writing there are claims of 13,000 pending cases (source Facebook).

It is inside the Malaysia Immigration website.

Can you post out the link?

The Johor-Singapore super corridor has opened for the past 10 days. Take 1 day leave and go enquire properly. The corridor is also opened to those Malaysians working in Singapore. Renew at Johor Bahru Immigration.
