If a foreigner is involved in small crime like few times, he or she can be deported from Malaysia. If the person is involved in a few crimes, the Malaysia Immigration office will decide the how many years the foreigner cannot come into Malaysia after getting sentence by the court? I heard that even if foreigners have multiple crimes, they did not get RAI, so they could get into Malaysia like after 10 years. I heard that it depends on the situation.

Please ask the person who told you again.

I have also heard that foreigners say Malaysia is a haven for lawbreakers, a place where foreigners can get citizenship easily by marrying a local woman, can walk like a crab in any directions they want, can demand for land for those who seek refugee status here.

Simple solution, just take a plane and fly in at your pleasure.
