May I know the law regarding Bank Negara Malaysia for repayment of loans during Covid-19 crisis?

According to my bank, banks are only granted the Moratorium of 6 months if the past due not more than 90 days. I have been paying each month as per agreed with the bank since last year. I failed to pay for a few months before that.

Can I tell bank that since I have record of paying each month as per agreement, that I can be granted 6 months of postponement?

May I know the law regarding Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) for repayment of loans during Covid-19 crisis?
There is no financial law specially suited for the unprecedented covid19 crisis.
It is just a gesture of courtesy for the banks to agree with the call by the BNM.

Can I tell bank that since I have record of paying each month as per agreement, that I can be granted 6 months of postponement?
Can.
