I will be 55 soon and would like to withdraw my Employees Provident Fund (EPF) soon. Can I order EPF to bank it into an account under my husband's name?

Macam mana cara untuk saya keluarkan KWSP saya untuk umur 55 sedangkan saya sudah bankrupt 2 tahun lepas. Boleh kah saya arahkan KWSP untuk transfer ke dalam akaun anak atau suami?

@Lily65

1. Have you reported in to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia?

2.  The issue is NOT if you can "order" EPF, an application can made (for bankrupts) with the approval letter from Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia and at the same time it is into personal single account name (for bankrupts).

3.  There are restrictions inside the approval letter from Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia.

Thank you @jeff005.

I went to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia before. Do I have to go to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia again to inform them about my EPF withdrawal? Will they deduct my EPF? Can I request them to transfer the money to my son or husband's account?
