Bankrupted by Diners Club but they ceased operation in Malaysia. Where does the money I pay to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia go to?

I've been declared a bankrupt since 1999 by Diners Club. I've reported myself to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia in 2009 but due my habitual gambling, I got myself into trouble again and again, and unable to make the monthly payment to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia. Not to mention all the Ah Longs that were coming after me. Some Ah Longs even made trade reference in CTOS with a very, very bloated amount.

I'm very much a changed man now after all the trials and tribulations. Admittance to the gambling rehab center helped me a lot. I owed my life to them. Enough of my sob story.

My question is... as I know, Diners Club is no more operating in Malaysia since 2015. How will this affect my bankruptcy? Even if I have the money to repay, how will this pan out? I pay Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia, the Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia pays who? since there's no more Diners Club in Malaysia.

Thank you in advance.

Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia pays who?
Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia keeps it in their coffers.
Ask your Official Assignee (OA).

Ceasing operation does not mean they are not in existence. There is still Diners Club International with affiliates around.
