Purchased a subsale apartment in 2013 and at that time the strata title was not available yet.
Heard last year from a real estate agent that the strata has been available for "some time" now but I was not officially notified by lawyer / developer / JMB etc
I am now going to sell the property and the buyer just signed and paid 3% to the agent today.
Can I still go ahead with the sale?
Or do I need to get the strata title on my name first?
I'm told I can pay a nominal consent fee to get the sale through, is that correct?
And any idea how much would it cost and how long to get the strata?
Appreciate any advise on the below issue pls. Thanks in advance.
