I was declared bankruptcy by Affin Bank in 2006, recently I tried to open a CDS account (cash account) in one the securities firm and it was successful. But my worry is, let's say I made a profit from the trade is there any chance the profit and capital won't be credited back into my account?

Please help.

Thanks.

There is a very small chance, too small to worry about it.
To reduce your risks, don't make trades that are too large.
