I would like to know a status of our company ex staff who been terminated by the employer because of his rudeness. He join us on 10th August 2015 and terminated on 17th Sept 2015. He not signed the the probation letter because my employer not satisfied with his poor performance and he also not borthered to change himself. He also don't like if we insist him to work so on 17 Sept 2015, he had prepared a letter to resign but he didn't printed out because my employer want to see him in her room office with me together.  After a few arguments my employer found him as a rude so she terminated him immediately on the same day and he left the office.  Now, he texting and asking his salary of his 14 days worked.  He insist to report to labor office to fined our office and also dragged his salary issue to labor office if he didnt received within the 7th days. Now, what we have to do it? go to labor office and settle this case in good manner or is he eligible of getting his salary under termination?

If he worked 14 days, of course you need to pay him 14 days.

If you order Char Koay Teow and it doesn't taste nice, can you refuse to pay?
