Bankruptcy because of Tenancy Agreement

Hello semua,

Saya nk tanya apa pendapat semua berkenaan kes saya. 

Kes saya adalah di sebabkan company bangkrupt dan tidak mampu untuk bayar sewa office. 

Saya telah informkan kepada landlord tetapi pihak landlord tetap menyuruh saya membayar total remaining of the contract, kerana itu syarat mereka di dalam tenancy agreement. 

Di sebab kan business yang dah ditutup, saya tak mampu untuk bayar remaining of the rental. 
Lagipun, deposit 2 bulan saya juga diambil oleh pihak landlord, jadi bagi saya it's fair lah kan. 

Contract selama 2 tahun. 
2 + 1 bulan deposit.

Sekarang pihak lawyer nak hantar notis bangkrupcy. 
Any advise?

Just wait for any Bankruptcy Notice or Petition, then post here for discussion.
The amount must be over RM 50,000
Do not be scared of threats by lawyer firms.

If really no moneys how to pay? especially for rentals claims, they are also claiming rentals for the whole duration of the contract even if you have shifted out and have informed them.

You must be made a Judgement Debtor First before they initiate any bkcy proceedings above RM50,000 as per claimed by the Plaintiff.

You rent the place or your company rent the place?
Is your company a Sdn Bhd type of company?
