Qs
1.  After 11 years why didn't you apply for  Permanent Residency (not Permanent Resident Status)?

2.  Your LTSVP will expire in March next year, on that expiry date how long you have resided inside Malaysia? Years /Months? Have you been going back to your own county regularly?

3.   i have to leave Malaysia.
Not 100% accurate. In any case, you can still come back occasionally under Visit Pass  with restrictions.

4.  I have my own business under my Ex Wife name
You have abused the privilege accorded to you to escape paying taxes under your own name. This is a consequence of your actions. Your investment is already burnt.

5.  What can i do to continue staying in malaysia for my daughter sake
During the divorce, who is having Full Custody? Are you having any form of access rights to your daughter? How old is your daughter? Years/Months? Has she been accorded Malaysian Citizenship yet by age 12? Is it really for the sake of the poor child or for the sake of your any other "investments"?

6.  my new operating business where i had invested huge amount of Money.
How much  is much? Is your ex-wife still involved? Under whose name/s? Have you not learn your lesson yet?

I cannot comment further until I see the Birth Certificate of your child and the LTSVP of your passport. Show me a PDF (colored copy) without any edits. You can send it to my email address < bladirunner@gmail.com > for privacy issues before this thread is desecrated by my enemies hidden behind fake User profiles. It would be of your own personal choice, no forcing, next my enemies here will post that I'm a scammer, so, it is on your own risks.
