1.  You can still travel to another country from the country you are in now, with a validity period of at least 6 months before entry date (for free Visa to Malaysian Passports).

2.  If you go to another country of which requires a pre-apply visa, the Embassy of your destination may not allow an application from overseas but requires you to apply from the Embassy Located inside Malaysia (Example China, Japan and those who allows to apply for Schengen Visa).

3.  Most countries where Malaysian passports have to pre-apply a Visa, may need a Security Status Certificate (like our Malaysian ISC). Most countries since late 2018 do not allow bankrupts to enter their countries for fear of illegal immigration. Many bankrupts from nearby countries are actually "squatting" inside Malaysia now.

Now i am at oversea, i can travel to another country and back to where i departed from?

Read 1 & 2 above carefully again.
Understand it and you can play with the 6 months  ONLY.
The best solution is to come back and report in to Insolvency, then apply to work overseas.

Thanks for explaining and sorry for my stupidness.

Example,

Now i am in singapore, can i travel to vietnam and return to singapore again?

With the status of online immigration check shows "have to refer to nearest immigration" (sort of blacklist?)

Hahaha..
Actually you have just reminded me that you and your brainless partner have been using different ids to desecrate me and to chase me out from this forum. While your intentions is purely revengeful for exposing the type of person /thief you are, the other person/s is less than honorable but trying to control other people's posting and for self enrichment (I have concrete proof and evidence).
Your mistake is other's gain. You should have waited for my reply to the issue above. My answers to @KEN88, maybe, will also solve his issues if he has dual nationality passport or the  "Right of Abode" in Singapore.
It may also solve your problems of your Half Malaysian (Dual Nationality) whose sole intention is to seek illegal advice  here in this forum, to cheat Malaysian Banks and how to avoid Bkcy. Your turn will come and your Dual Nationality will be exposed and the RM700,000 that you owe Malaysian Bankers, will have to be repaid in FULL without any discounts offered because you have  dual nationality.
I have given you the same advice to surrender upon bankruptcy (same as I have given @KEN88), but others have differing advises on how to cheat.  You have followed illegal advises and have hit into other issues now and have compromised your own dual nationality. Thank God, there is Jus tice in this world after ALL. Soon, there will be carnage  on your own arrogance and deranged mentality.
May Heavens reward you with 72 virgins for your Fight against Bankruptcy.

If you need more accurate answers, you can email me  < bladirunner@gmail.com >
But I need the following proofs (pics)
1. Proof of identity (passport main page)
2. Proof of bankruptcy
3. Proof of your last exit stamp from Malaysia

Reasons,
I am not in favor of helping scammers, rapists, murderers, law-breakers, human traffickers, illegal immigration to escape the clutches of our Immigration Systems.
Bkcy is NOT a crime.
