I'm a foreigner here in Malaysia. I already gave birth my child on 4 October 2019. I already married and get marriage certificate with father of my child on 8 October 2019.

1.Can I get birth certificate (green color) for my child?
2. Can I get identity card for my child?

 1. With a Marriage Certificate, the BC will be Green in Color.
 2.  Application of the MyKID is at the same time.

Under certain circumstances, you may be able to make an appeal at KDN within 1 month from issuance of the PINK BC.

Honestly speaking, the last time I went to JPN was 15 years ago. So I really do not know of any drastic changes in Policies.

Sample of BC of a child whose father is a foreigner.

my child have to apply for Malaysian citizenship, right?
100% correct. There are other T&Cs.
For your child to be able to successfully obtained citizenship before getting his National ID card @12, my personal advise to you is that your child must reside inside, study in Malaysia and have resided inside Malaysia for 10 years.
There are actually Laws of Domicile  which was never publicly and properly discuss.

Did JPN issued a MyKid (Malaysia Kad Identiti Diri) to your child?
