Is there a rule on selling price of a property? We have tried to sell a property for the past 10 years and due to the condition of the house, no buyer was willing to purchase the property or be willing to invest money in the property.

Can the property be sold about 75% lower than the value of the property at the present market price? It is in bad shape, hoping to sell to a family member who may be willing to invest.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Can.   Present Market Price is not the true price due to the current soft property market.

Properties be sold at any price between willing buyer and willing seller.
