I just purchased my CTOS Report and found that Bank R had summoned me back in November 2017. But I didn't receive any letters sent to my registered address regarding this.

I went to check online at the Court of Malaysia e-Filing System (efs.kehakiman.gov.my) regarding the case, but there was not much info pertaining to it.

But on CTOS report, there's a remark under the legal cases section is: Judgement in Default 271217

How do I go about it now? I know I'm 2 years late.

It means that the court have adjudged you a Judgement Debtor in your absent on the 27 Dec 2017.

How do I go about it now? I know I’m 2 years late.
Being a Judgement Debtor you can be subject to further execution by the bank in order to get their money back from you.

The following are options the Bank has for their further execution:-
1. Writ of Seizure and Sale.
2. Garnishee Proceedings.
3. Judgement Debtor summon.
4. Bankruptcy Proceedings.

General Opinion :
(i) 1. & 2. are unlikely.
(ii) 3. likely.
(iii) 4. most likely, once your total debt with them exceeded the threshold of RM50K
