This is out of the divorce or custody of child issue, it is about the parents staying with son and the son refuse or very reluctant to let the daughters to see or visit them because he wants' privacy. As a daughter, I have my right to see/visit my parents and I'm seeking help from any Lawyer who can help/advice me on this.

Is there any way to obtain the visitation rights, times of visit and the duration per visit?

You have a right to see your parents and he has a right of privacy in his own house.
So the solution is for you to take them out shopping during your visits.
