@Hisyam

Have you reported in to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia and started the case management?

If you have reported in and have started the case management, you would not be asking the above question...

Just curious...

@Hisham

When you have reported in to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia, you have to surrender your passport to Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia for safekeeping. The blacklist to travel overseas is already done once bankrupted at the Malaysia Immigration.

The answer to your above query is:

1.  West Malaysians traveling to East Malaysia will need the following documents.. Either:
a)  International Passport or
b)  MyKad

2.  Using Passportwill be same as other foreign travelers except queue at "Locals". A "Entry" stamp will be stamped on the passport.

3.  Using MyKad will be the same except that you need a Visit Pass memo available at all immigration counters at no costs.

The duration of visit is 90 days for West Malaysians. One who overstays over 90 days will need to apply for a special pass to exit immigration back to West Malaysia.

Personally I would use Passport as my travels all includes Air Travel Insurances & Coverage...  to make sure I come back in one piece... (Joking)...

Hope this will answer your query.
