GENERAL NOTICE

New Immigration STAMP just introduced. Things are not rosy.

This B4G Amnesty comes with a RAI (B4G) stamp. No Ban Period stated means a Permanent Ban.

Greetings @Jeff005,

Can you please check this RAI stamp for me? It's a little bit different than what you have posted.

Does it mean a permanent ban too?

Thanks in advance.

@asad1,

RAI
Simply denotes:-

Refuse
All
Immigration (any facilities)

In August 2019, a new and additional stamp was introduced, the B4G (RAI)  stamp. This is mainly for people who have overstay for long periods of time illegally inside Malaysia. In short, any application to come into Malaysia ever again, will be rejected.

For those who have overstayed will usually be awarded with a BLI stamp of maximum 5 years. For those who were caught working illegally will be jailed and given a RAI stamp.

In the past. RAI is usually given to people who have been jailed before regardless of the reasons for their jail term. It can be Immigration Offences, or breaking of Civil Laws.

Breaking of Civil Laws can have dire consequences. It can be any of the below offences
1. Fake Marriages
2. Robbery
3. Burglary
4. Shoplifting
5. Scamming Activities
6. Business Cheats
7. Drug Abuse usually below the Mandatory Death Capital Punishment.
8. Carrying out activities detrimental to the security concerns of Malaysia (that includes propagation of Religions of non- Sunni teachings).

The above stamp will not represent the actual nature of your offenses. Only yourself will know and have been explained to you during your deportation and the records inside the Immigration Security Systems. Even the Malaysian Embassies overseas will not know. I have viewed hundreds of RAI stamps, which none of the readers here, have ever seen and there is no need to know as the offenses are both documented in Immigration Security Systems and Court Records which cannot be made Public.
