I have posted a video testimony on Youtube which was given consent by the person giving the testimony to be used online & offline about 10 years ago however recently, the person has revoked his consent and requested me to remove the video.

1.  Does the person have the right to retract his consent?
2.  If yes, who is liable for the cost of removal? plus other incurred charges?
3.  What happens to the VCD testimonies of which his testimony form part of the video? We have printed thousands.
4.  The video copyrights belong to my company - does he have the right to demand for the removal of his testimony in our production?

Please advise. I would not want any trouble but at the same time, I do not want to incur much losses because of this.

1.  Does the person have the right to retract his consent?
It depends on what sorts of consent and its extend in giving consent.

2. If yes, who is liable for the cost of removal? plus other incurred charges?
If revoking the consent is illegal then you don't have to remove it. If the revocation is legal then the shall be borne by you.

3. What happens to the VCD testimonies of which his testimony form part of the video? We have printed thousands.
Same answer as no. 1 and 2.

4. The video copyrights belong to my company - does he have the right to demand for the removal of his testimony in our production?
Copyright is subject to copyright act. If such request is illegal then you shall have the right on its production.
