Hari ini saya dapat surat "Pemberitahuan Tindakan Mahkamah" atay "Notification of Civil Proceedings" dari Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).
How much time or how long I got to find money to pay back before they send the mahkamah surat and saman?
Thank you.

@Slayer
Go to LHDN and see the officer in-charge of your tax, bring along the letter. You can ask the officer, how they derive the outstanding tax. If it is true that you under declared or omitted the tax payment previously, then you have to pay. If not, you need to justify by providing the supporting documents.
Good Luck!

Can I know how much time or how long I got before they proceed with the next action [mahkamah action] as they said?

I don't have money now therefore don't dare to go first. Have to wait until middle of next month only I am able to get the money.
I am worried that if I go now, they will ask me to pay it immediately...
Thank you.

@slayer,
You can appeal to them to pay by instalments. Tell them, your current situation and also how much you can pay on monthly basis The officer will be able to help you.
The more you delay, the penalty for late payment will be higher.
Good luck again.

They say will send saman letter from court tidak lama nanti... Does anyone know what saman later they will send? Ask me go court? Or the saman that blocks me from going overseas? Or take me to jail?
..if I go find them on next early of month, will it be too late?

Just walk-in to LHDN and look for the officer-in-charged of your tax file.
Don't wait anymore.

1. Don't worry, they won't bite. They just want you to pay.
2. Just go and see them and explain the situation to them.
3. They allow instalments.
4. If you ignore them, they will proceed with court actions.
5. If you go and see them, at least they can hold it and wait for your proposal or accept your proposed payments.
6. Alternatively, if you are not planning to take any bank loan or go overseas, you can ignore it and wait until the day that you have the capability to pay then go and see them. Then you will have to pay for the legal costs.
