I'm totally mad when I found out this:

My brother-in-law is having extramarital affair with 2 women (China women and I believe they are holding fake passport)!!  One have 2 kids with him and another one is pregnant now.

Furthermore, my sister is in more than RM200,000 debt because of him!

Would like to have advice on any legal action I can take against him?

Additional note, he is a secret society member with high status.

Thank you.

1. If your sister decides to divorce him, she can sue him for adultery and claim compensation.

2. If your sister decides not to divorce with him, then she has to adjust her own emotion and spend his money.
