I hope you would be able to shed some light on below immigration problem.

Malaysian E-card was granted and already expired in February 2018. Pakistani passport was given to an agent who assured to get things done smoothly by law.

To cut long story short, passport is not in hand as given to immigration authorities through Malaysian agent who has not been very cooperative lately.

What could be the best possible solution in order to leave Malaysia as soon as possible and go back to own country considering an overstay without passport?

Agent involved in this case has recently demanded 5,000RM to get passport back and rid off overstay charge.

Any help in terms of advice would be greatly appreciated.
