I am overstaying in Malaysia for the for the past 3 months after my DP11 visa expired and I did not renew it. Now, I decide to marry my girlfriend before leaving the country to return after I settle my personal matters back in home country.

Will Malaysia allow the marriage or not? Further more will they grant me a spouse visa if I need one once I return?

Thank you very much in advance.

1.  Post a clear photo of the DP11 Visa in your passport here for further clarifications. You may darken your name and passport number.

2.  What are the reasons for not renewing the DP11 Visa? And overstaying?

3.  Are you still working for the company stated in the Employment Pass or a runaway worker?

@Jeff, all questions you asked are not my main concern because they will be solved. What I need to know now is while I am overstaying, can the marriage registration be done and accepted by Malaysia before I return to my home country?

Thank you in advance.

If they can be solved, there is no need for you to post and ask questions here.

The answers to your questions are the answers to my questions above.

You should already know, once you have overstayed, you can be kicked out of Malaysia for the next 5 years! Unless some special circumstances can save you to remain here!
