My father, Malaysian passed away and there's a will with my brother and myself as the executors. Both of us are Singaporean. My brother would like to renounce his right as one of the executor to the will.

1) Can my brother renounce his right in Singapore thru a Singapore lawyer and it will be accepted in Malaysia's High Court?
2) After renouncing, does that means that I will be getting 100% of the will instead of 50%.

Thank you.
