How to exit from a registered partnership after serving separate notices to the other partners as we did not sign any agreement but they are still not allowed me to exit while the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) required all the partners must come together and sign then only I can exit or else it has be done through court order and what is the procedure to exit from partnership?

Why the dissolution of the partnership? No longer profitable? Viable?
Inclandestine Business? (Valid cause of action)
How many partners?

we did not sign any agreement
No side agreement is allowed. Inter-partners agreement is only valid among the stakeholders (can only sue the other partners for breach any agreement/contract) but not valid by SSM and Business Creditors.

or else it has be done through court order
Can but the Judge will demand for a Valid Reason in your application.
What are your justifications?
What are the reasons your partners do not want you to leave?
