I married a Thai lady officially for past 7 years and we had beautiful daughter but she was born in Thailand. I already applied Anak kepada warganegara at Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN), now I'm waiting for the results.

Previously I was working in Singapore as a Executive with good paid-out so during that periods my family life was good.

Last year 2017, I decided to return back to my homeland Penang. Since we moved in to Penang , small problems started in my family life because I can't spend much cash with Malaysia source of income.

August 2018, school holidays started. I brought my daughter to my sister's house for her school holidays. On 19 August 2018 around 10am, my wife texted me and she said she's not at home, please take care baby, I can't live with you and she said daughter she gave to me.
(She Run Away)

Now I found out that she's living with another guy in Malaysia, but she's in Malaysia under my spouse visa.

My Question is:
If I make an official police report and terminate her spouse visa, will my daughter's visa and education affected?
Because every government office I go to apply legal documents for my daughter, they asking for my wife's passport and latest visa.

I need your help on this matter.

Thank you.

All daughters are beautiful till they grow up and become mothers.

I don't know your wife is the clever one or you're the stupid one.

Did you read about the IMM13 issues in Sabah 10 days ago?

The moment your wife disappears in Thailand and cannot be found, your poor daughter is unlikely to get Citizenship at all..!! So go and cancel her spouse visa now. You are also cancelling your child's application for citizenship...!!

You must have a proper divorce and you have Sole Custody only then her chances of getting her Malaysian Citizenship after 12-15 years later would be better.

Again I ask you which province your wife is from and whether her parents are still living there? Apparently you married a Thai without knowing the marital laws of Thailand and it varies from state to state like the shariah laws varies inside Malaysia (Marital Laws).

Did she take your daughter's passport with her?

Her parents still alive and live in Udon Thani

Sorry my advice is rarely friendly..  only hard truths and facts only.

The Immigration @Udon Thani is the gateway to LAOS. To get a new passport by the mother who is a citizen and the child is a Citizen of Thailand is as easy as ABC. My friend's husband ran away, she managed to get a passport for her daughter (below 15) to go overseas legally in just 2 weeks.

Your child's mother can kidnap her daughter and bring back to Thailand. You know how big is Udon Thani..!! Be aware of this issue if the new boyfriend decides to dump her and she has to go back to Thailand.

@jeff005,

Sorry my advice is rarely friendly..  only hard truths and facts only.

Thanks for your time, hard truths and facts answers which is really helpful for me to move forward.

Udon Thani is very easy to get documentations as you mentioned ABC.

Once my ex's passport was lost during our vacation time. I brought her to make new passport, and they just asked where was your old passport. She said lost or misplaced, I'm not sure.

The lady officer said okay, I would cancel the old passport immediately and get ready to take photo for your new passport.

I was shocked by the lady officers answer, Get ready to take photo for your new passport.

New passport arrived within 2 weeks.

I will change my daughter's whereabouts immediately.

I will consult with advocate and move legally to get sole custody of my daughter first before its too late.

Thanks again for your fact and truth advice.
