Won against Affin Bank

Affin Bank tried their luck to recover old credit card debts from Aurora.
They did win initially at Magistrates Court.
Aurora did not give up.  She appealed to the High Court and got the judgement set aside and the case sent back to Magistrates Court for trial.
At this point Affin Bank gave up and the case was dismissed without liberty to re-file.

Won against ex-wife's lawyers

After divorced for 5 years, jeff005's ex-wife decided she was tired of sharing the kid with jeff005 and paying him RM150 per month alimony.

Affin bank tried to bankrupt justdoit based on old credit card debts but little did they know who they are fighting against.  Justdoit will not give up no matter what.

7.  kunta_kinti vs Affin Bank

kunta_kinti knew Affin Bank was trying to make him a bankrupt, so he sought the help of Avengers Malaysia.
Avengers Malaysia advised him to lay low until the opportunity comes to launch a counter strike.
Such an opportunity came after Affin Bank advertised the Creditors Petition on newspaper.

kunta_kinti then filed the papers to oppose the Petition but lost at the hearing before a Senior Assistant Registrar. ( PKP )
He did not give up.
kunta_kinti then appealed to Judge in Chambers but lost the appeal and was made a bankrupt.
He did not give up.
Unknown to many people, bankrupts can continue to appeal.
kunta_kinti then appealed to Court Of Appeals in Putrajaya.
Avengers Malaysia formed a task force to train and aid kunta_kinti for the big battle ahead.
In front of 3 Judges, against all odds, he won, reversing all the previous losses and annulled (cancelled) his bankruptcy.
News of his win still reverberates throughout the Malaysian legal landscape to this very day.

8.  king vs local bank

king was a bankrupt.
A local bank sued him for some old credit debts.
king wanted to contest the lawsuit in the normal way,
but Avengers Malaysia advised him to Use Bankruptcy as a Defence.

When the bank lawyer read his Statement of Defence, she laughed and said that it was too short and too simple.
She then proceeded to ask the Magistrate to enter judgement against king.
That was when she got a tongue lashing from the Magistrate.
It turns out that the too short and too simple defense defeated the lawsuit.

8.  king vs local bank
The issue @king was..  he did not declare in his  "other creditors"  in the filing of his S.O.A  (Statement of Affairs) to JIM. Hence another, and another Lawsuit was initiated.

9.  RoseRose's Husband vs Universiti Malaya

RoseRose's Husband was given a scholarship to study PhD on plant genetics ( specifically on genetically modified potatoes ) in New Zealand.
Unfortunately, an earthquake in New Zealand destroyed his potato plants and he could not complete his doctorate.
Universiti Malaya then sued him and his two guarantors for return of the scholarship funds.
They tried to negotiate with Universiti Malaya but to no avail.
Their Maybank accounts which contains a lot of money were then frozen.
All 3 were about to be made bankrupts when RoseRose sought the help of Avengers Malaysia.

Universiti Malaya lawyers were then informed that Avengers Malaysia will not stand idly by if they continue to try to bankrupt the two Social Guarantors.

UM lawyers then decided to withdraw bankruptcy proceedings against the two guarantors and their Maybank accounts were unfrozen.
They quickly moved their funds to another bank.
Another happy ending for two innocent people.
