Last year, I subscribe to Digi postpaid plan. Thereafter I lost my phone and I just use another number. After a year, I've totally forgotten about the balance in my Digi account that has not been settled. So, about 2 weeks ago, I went back to my old house and got letters from Digi, one is from debt collector and the other from a law firm. My balance is just RM350. And the letter from the lawyer said I must solve it within 7 days and obviously 2 weeks have past. So are they gonna sue me and make me pay for the lawyer fee?

Since the deadline already over, they won't accept any payment anymore.
So nothing more you can do here. Just relax and get on with your life.

Just settle the outstanding payment with Digi. No need to see the lawyer if the matter has been solved & negotiated with Digi.
