I will like to know the process and fine for overstaying 2 years in Malaysia.

I am a Nigerian and my student pass expired in June 2016. What are the documents I need to bring to the immigration? Is it safe to go the Immigration myself to surrender? How long can I get back my passport and special pass if I submitted? How long is the ban? How much will I have to pay for 2 years overstay? I will really appreciate if you can explain. Thanks.
