I'm working in Singapore for past few years. I'm a Malaysian citizen and just did my marriage registration in Malaysia last month. It seems a complicated relationship between both of us and I decide to annul my marriage as its just one month. Is there any rules and procedures to do that? Can someone guide me in this.

Thanks.

I am sure you have Googled for Annulment of a Marriage and the conditions of which an annulment can be executed.

Go seek the services of a competent lawyer.

@bawani

It appears that you do not understand the above posts and ask again on other threads.
If you want more precise answers please answer the following below..

1.  Did you have sex with your partner before and/or after marriage?

2.  Is your partner agreeable to the annulment?

3.  If not agreeable, you have to wait for 2 years after registering at Registry of Marriages (ROM) before you can file a Single or Mutual Petition for Divorce in the High Court of Malaya.

4.  Even if one go for annulment, the title will still be "divorcee". Things will not be the same as before except for females, who can go for genital reconstruction.

5.  Go seek the services of competent Divorce Lawyer or a DIY Divorce Petition after 2 years.
