Sued by bank and in Creditors Petition stage. What to do?

I just realised I was sued by a bank and it is in Creditor's Petition (CP) stage now. What should I do?

Did you sign confirmation that you received the Notice of Bankruptcy?

Yes. I have signed received to CP. 

But i didnt sign and received notice of bankruptcy because they cant served on me.
