Legal fees for testamentary transfer of immovable property

Please assist in this professional legal fees calculation for testamentary transfer of one property which estimated market value now is around RM 1,330,000.00. 

This property is transfer from a deceased to a man by grant probate which have been issued out from the court this January and may I know the rough figure for the legal fees of transfer for this property from executor to the beneficiary?

For my knowledge the stamp duty is only cost RM 10 and I have been told that the legal fees for the transfer of this property need to be calculated based on the value of the land, may I know is that true and how to calculate? Thank you very much.

Why don't you ask for quotation from a few lawyers....

It can be very difficult to inherit real estate. Therefore, it is best to seek the assistance of lawyers.
